Description
No. 123 Saltergate is an early 19th-century double pile house constructed of ashlar stone, featuring quoins, a plinth, and a moulded eaves cornice. The building has two storeys and is topped with two end chimneys. It has three windows, each with plain stone architraves and sashes that include late 19th-century glazing. The central door is framed by a stone architrave shaped like a pediment, with a moulded cornice that includes a keystone and an enriched frieze, supported by stone pilasters. A fanlight is above the door, and there are steps leading up to it.
