Description

Chapel Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from regularly coursed squared gritstone with quoins, features plain eaves, and has intermediate and west end brick ridge stacks topped with a Welsh slated roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, each with 2-light flush mullioned windows that include 19th-century casements with glazing bars. The doorway is off-centre and has a massive surround and lintel, now enclosed by a 19th-century gable open porch that features decorative bargeboards. The entrance includes a four-panelled door, with the upper two panels being glazed.
