Description

The churchyard cross, located 20 metres south of the Church of St. Michael in Kirk Langley, is a Grade II listed structure, likely dating from the 14th century. It is made of sandstone and features a square base with a hexagonal shaft that stands approximately one and a half metres high. The shaft has chamfers at the base that transition to a square shape. At the top of the shaft, there are iron pins, which were probably intended for use as a sundial.
