Description

Annette is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Main Street, Lyddington. The house is constructed of coursed and semi-dressed ironstone rubble with Uppingham stone quoins, and a flush band course at the first-floor level. It has a Welsh slate roof with a coped gable on the right side and a brick chimney to the left. A rendered plinth is present.

The house is two storeys high and has two bays. It features 20th-century hardwood casement windows; a three-light window is located on the ground floor to the left, and two two-light windows are on the first floor. A 20th-century door is in the centre of the front facade, with a wide 20th-century boarded door to the right. The left-hand ground-floor window has a flush keyblock. The building is included on the list for its group value.
