Description

This small barn, likely built in the 18th or 19th century, is located at the rear of number 46 Church Street, associated with Ardenco Limited. It is constructed from coursed rubble featuring very small stones and larger stepped stones in the gable. The original thatched roof has been replaced with a corrugated iron roof. The barn has a single central doorway that includes a six-panelled wooden door with ornate hinges, which may have been reused from a house. To the left, there is a projecting brick flue, and to the right, there is a smaller adjoining building made from the same materials.
