Description

No. 46 Church Street is a cottage, likely originating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the late 19th or early 20th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a slate roof laid in diminishing courses. The building is 1½ storeys high and has a two-unit plan, with a central doorway and two-light casement windows that include some rough quoins and chamfered timber lintels. Above, there are two hipped dormers. The gables are coped, and there are moulded stone stacks at the gable ends.
