Description

No. 3 Oakham Road is a cottage dating from the early 18th century or possibly earlier. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a thatched roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and has a two-unit plan. On either side of the door, there are two casement windows with flat timber lintels, with the ones to the left positioned under a single long lintel. Above, there are three dormers, and the cottage has brick gable end stacks.
