Description

This is an 18th-century house located on Weston Road. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with a plinth, rusticated quoins, and a first-floor band. The roof is covered in Collyweston slate, with moulded stone stacks at the ends. Stone coped gables top the roof. The main facade has two and a half storeys and five sash windows. These windows have glazing bars arranged in a large rectangular pane, flanked by smaller rectangular and square panes. A central glazed door is set within a stone doorcase raised one rounded stone step. Two hipped dormers, each with two lights and toplights, are visible.

To the left of the main house is a one-and-a-half-storey range with a catslide roof and a stone and brick stack at the left end, above a stone-coped gable. This range has a central door, with 6/6 sash windows either side. Two hipped dormers containing two lights and toplights are above, along with a similar dormer to the left. A further coach house range is attached to that side, including a door, carriage doors with an overlight, a two-light casement window, and a bull's eye window.
