Description

These two cottages are dated to the 18th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins, and have a Collyweston slate roof with a central stone and brick ridge stack, a brick stack at the left end, and a moulded stone stack at the right end. The roof is punctuated by two dormers; one has a 2-light casement window, and the other features a 2-light casement. The front elevation includes a blocked doorway, a 3-light casement window, and two 2-light casements, alongside a further 1-light casement. Wooden lintels are present over the windows. Doors are located at the rear of the cottages. Inside, there are exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace.
