Description

The two barns at The Yews date from the 18th to early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed rubble stone with quoins and stone dressings, topped with 20th-century tile and Welsh slate roofs. The barn on the left features a renewed roof supported by two chamfered tie beams. It has a large central doorway along with doors at both the front and rear. To the right, there is a blocked doorway with a one-light window in its frame. The barn on the right includes a first-floor door accessed by a flight of stone steps, a stable door, and several windows, some of which are blocked. These barns are included for their group value.
