Description

No. 12 Well Cross is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a 20th-century corrugated tile roof, along with stone and brick stacks at the ends. The cottage has two storeys and includes two 2-light casement windows. A central glazed door is flanked by a 20th-century porch. There is a brick buttress on the left end of the building. Inside, the cottage has beams and an inglenook.
