The front of the Victorian house faces west. Rusticated coursed squared rubble with ashlar dressings, 2 storeys. Outer gables, that to left containing a full-height canted bay window and to the right hand gable, a full height squared bay window with a 4-light mullioned and transomed window to each floor. The gables themselves are coped and corbelled out. Recessed between them, 2 central bays. To the left a high mullioned and transomed window to the ground floor, and small light above and to the right, a single storey flat roofed projection with 3-light mullioned window, 4 centred arched doorway and recess. Above this a 4-light lattice- paned mullioned window. Quoins and string courses throughout. Recessed to the right, a service wing with relieving arches over various stone arched openings.
