Description
Cheseldyne Farm is a farmhouse, newly dated to 1604, indicating it was likely built around that time, although it has undergone significant restoration. The structure is made of coursed ironstone rubble, with large blocks on the ground floor and smaller blocks above, suggesting that the building was raised at some point. It has two storeys and features a rear entry street front with three bays, which include two and three-light stone ovolo moulded mullions, complete with hoodmoulds. There are gable end stacks, with the left stack made of old brick and the right stack made of moulded stone.
