Description
Greetham House is a mid-19th century house constructed of coursed rubble stone and ashlar, topped with a Collyweston slate roof and featuring moulded stone end stacks. The building has quoins and hood moulds on some of its windows. The gable faces the front to the left, and the house has three storeys with three painted mullion windows, each topped with small gables. A central gabled stone porch with a partially glazed door is located at the front, with a 2-light window above and a 1-light window above that. On either side of the porch are 4-light canted stone bays that rise two storeys, each with a 2-light window above. To the left, there is a similar gabled two-storey wing that features two 3-light windows on both floors. The rear of the wing has sash windows.
