Description

This is a three-story house, built around 1770 and later used as a warehouse, now serving as a cafe and snooker club. The building is constructed of red brick, with a rendered ground floor, ashlar dressings, and a slate roof featuring wooden eaves with modillion details. It has a four-window front, with 20th-century casement windows set within a sill band and topped with keystone wedge lintels. Above these are four smaller casement windows. A recessed entrance and a late 20th-century wooden shopfront occupy the ground floor.
