Description
No. 3 Stoney Street is a warehouse built in 1896, now functioning as a fish bar. It was designed by R.C. Sutton of Nottingham for S. Widdowson and has undergone alterations in the mid and late 20th century. The building is constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with gable stacks. It has lintel bands on each floor and an eaves cornice. The windows are primarily original plain sashes. The structure is four storeys high and has a five-window range. The ground floor includes a late 20th-century recessed shopfront, with a recessed doorway to the left. Above, there is regular fenestration on each floor. The building is included for its group value.
