Shop and offices. c1880, altered late C20. Red brick with painted stucco dressings and slate roof. Symmetrical front, 4 storeys; 2 window range. Windows are plain sashes with projecting surrounds and first floor sill band. Ground floor has late C20 shopfront. Above, a canted ashlar oriel window, 3-lights, with arched cornice. Above, on each floor, 2 windows with cornices, the third floor segment-headed. Moulded cornice on brackets.
