Description

10 Guildhall Lane is a late 18th-century building constructed of painted brick with a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows, although the center window on the second floor is blocked. The windows have segmental brick arches and sashes without glazing bars, set in exposed casings with sills. The ground floor is stuccoed and includes a small Victorian shop window flanked by panelled pilasters and topped with a cornice on brackets. To the left is a late 19th-century door with a segmental arch, and to the right is a two-light sash window without glazing bars, also under a segmental arch. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even), St Martin's Cathedral, the Guildhall, and No 20 Loseby Lane.
