Description

No 3 St Martins East is probably an early 18th century house that underwent significant restoration in 1903. The building features ornamental lead work encasing a bowed window on both the first and second floors, with decorative lead relief panels above and below the leaded-nine windows. The modern ground floor includes a four-light leaded-pane window. The house has a slate roof with gable ends and is situated next to No 5. It is included in the listing for its group value with Nos 3, 5, and 7, which form a group with St Martin's Cathedral on Guildhall Lane.
