Description

This is a pair of raised grave slabs, memorials to the two wives of Robert Fretwell, located approximately 10 meters south of the porch of the Church of St. Peter. The slabs date from around 1707 and 1714 and are made of ashlar. The memorial on the right features a carved circular motif with a floral border, which is surmounted by a trumpeting angel.
