Description

Oak Villa is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and has a stone slate roof. The building features three bays and stands two storeys tall. The doorway, located between the first and second bays, has monolithic jambs. The windows are fitted with deep lintels and projecting sills, although the glazing has been altered. The rear of the house has been significantly changed, now featuring a large inserted French window. Oak Villa is included in the register for its group value.
