Description

This is an 18th-century stone farmhouse, originally located at Newmilerdam No. 12. It has been rendered and the front elevation has been moved to the rear of the building. The farmhouse is two storeys high with three windows. It has a steeply pitched roof covered in stone flags, stone gable coping, and kneelers. There are two ashlar chimney stacks. The windows are replaced sash windows with glazing bars and projecting sills. A window has been inserted into the former central door architrave. A coursed stone rear wing, dating from the early to mid-19th century, is present, with a later red brick end wall. A small pent roof is situated in the angle between the two wings.
