Description
This building is a row of three estate workers' cottages located on Harrogate Road, dating from the first quarter of the 19th century, possibly designed by John Carr. The cottages are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof. They are two storeys high and consist of nine bays. Number 64 retains its original openings, which include a central doorway flanked by windows, with a central window on the first floor. All these openings have monolithic lintels that are cut with false voussoirs. Numbers 65 and 66 have similar window arrangements but with an inserted first-floor window to the left of the original window. The row is topped with three ridge stacks.
