Description

This is a row of three-storey buildings dating from the early to mid-19th century, located on the west side of Kirkgate. The buildings are constructed of stone with a stone slate roof, featuring kneelers. The basement level has three windows with glazing bars. Four stone chimney stacks are present. The front of the building contains two original six-panel doors and one modern door, the latter with a rectangular fanlight and stone architrave. Cast iron basement railings are also present. Numbers 21 to 25 form a cohesive group.
