Description
An early 19th-century barn with associated outbuildings, located to the east of Park Farmhouse. The buildings are constructed of red brick with stone slate roofs and form an L-shaped range along Park Road.
The main barn section has three bays, with a segmental-arched opening in the slightly projecting central bay. Narrow slit vents are visible, and a later segmental-arched opening has been inserted to the left, while a square window sits under the eaves to the right.
To the left of the barn is a range featuring segmental-arched openings and two doorways. A loading door is positioned above the entrance on the right, with stone steps leading to an upper floor doorway on the left. A dog kennel is situated at the base of this section.
The right-hand range incorporates three tall segmental arches on the ground floor, with three louvred windows above. The roof is hipped on the right side, and two openings are found under the eaves on the return side. Stone steps provide access to an upper floor doorway on the north-east end. The interior of the buildings has not been inspected.
