Description

The boundary wall with piers and railings surrounding the Church of St Matthias dates from the mid-19th century. It features a low stone plinth and gabled stone corner piers. The cast-iron railings are adorned with fleur-de-lis and arrowhead motifs, and the stanchions have twisted shafts. This structure is included for its group value with the church.
