Description
This building, located at 3, 3A, and 4 Colton Road in Leeds, dates back to 1732. It is constructed of red brick with a stone slate hipped roof and has two storeys with five bays. The exterior features chamfered stone quoins and segmental arches on the ground floor. The doors, which have overlights, are located in bays two and five, and there is a wide cart entrance on the left. The windows are sash style in flush wood frames, with the glazing bars replaced on the left side and 4-pane sashes on the right. A roof light is positioned in the center of the steep roof. A date stone displaying a Templars' cross and the inscription 'TG/1732' is located on the first floor, in the center. The interior has not been inspected.
