9 Bondgate is a mid-18th century building located at the eastern end of Nos 5 and 7. It features one window on the first floor, which has a stone architrave and no glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front, and above it, there are remains of a moulded string course. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 9 (odd) and 2 to 6 (even).
