Description

The font bowl, located adjacent to the north-west buttress of the tower of the Church of All Saints in Thorp Arch, is a disused font bowl from the early medieval period, possibly dating to the 12th century. It is made of Magnesian limestone and features a plain 13-sided shape that tapers towards the base. The rim of the bowl is damaged.
