No. 112 Kaye Lane is an 18th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, topped with a hipped stone slate roof. It stands two storeys tall. The first floor features two casement windows and one three-light stone mullioned window. On the ground floor, there is one four-light stone mullioned window and one casement window. The entrance door has five moulded panels.
