Description

No. 74 Meltham Road is a building from the 18th century, constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features stone brackets supporting the gutter. On the first floor, there is one sash window and a three-light stone mullioned window, although one of the mullions has been removed. The ground floor includes a four-light stone mullioned window, with one of its lights being a sash. The entrance door is designed with four moulded panels.
