MELTHAM ROAD 1. 5113 (North Side) Nos 40A, 42 and 44 SE 1315 38/913 II GV 2. Early C19. Ashlar. Hipped stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Stone brackets to gutter. No 40A has continuous sill band on 1st floor. Rounded corner. 8 ranges of sashes and 2 to Bentley Street, one range blocked. Nos 42 and 44 have moulded cornices over door. No 42 has door to passageway with blind semi-circular fanlight and moulded voussoirs.
