Description

Number 62 and the barn to the east are likely from the 18th century, although a house is depicted on this site in Senior's Map of Almondbury Parish from 1634. The main building is a long house constructed of hammer-dressed stone, while the barn is rendered. Both structures have a pitched stone slate roof and are two storeys tall. The house features two 2-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor and one 3-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor. The barn includes planked doors and two windows in the loft, along with a lean-to outshut at the rear.
