Description

This is a mid-19th century block of terraced houses located on the south side of Clare Hill. The building is constructed of ashlar and has a pitched slate roof. It comprises two ranges of sashes on each floor. Each property has a single door with moulded panels and a rectangular fanlight, set within a moulded stone surround topped with a cornice. Moulded eaves cornices run along the top of the building.
