It stands two storeys tall and features a modillioned eaves cornice and a blocking course. There is a string course at the first floor level and continuous sills. The building has rusticated quoins and three ranges of sash windows. The first-floor windows have segmental heads and keystones set in plain raised frames with moulded cornices, while the ground-floor windows are in moulded frames with moulded cornices. The entrance door is framed with a moulded design and has a dentilled cornice supported by scrolled brackets, featuring two moulded panels. Additionally, there are cast iron railings surrounding the area, topped with spear finials.
