Description
Hoyle House is an early 19th-century house constructed of hammer-dressed stone, featuring quoins and a pitched slate roof supported by stone brackets. The building has two storeys, with the ground floor set back to earth. The west elevation includes an entrance with stone surrounds and tie-stones, along with a former five-light stone mullioned window, of which two mullions have been removed, and a large double lintel above. On the first floor, there are two three-light stone mullioned windows. The south gable has a modern extension on the ground floor and a recent single light window on the first floor. This building is included for its group value.
