Description
1-3 Kiln Brow is an early to mid 19th-century building that forms part of a terrace. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof, which is coped at the west gable. The building has two storeys.
On the south elevation, the ground floor includes three doorways with stone surrounds, one of which is blocked, along with a later doorway. There is also one three-light stone mullioned window with a double lintel and two four-light stone mullioned windows, also with double lintels. The first floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows, one four-light stone mullioned window, and one eight-light stone mullioned window.
On the west elevation, the first floor features one two-light stone mullioned window. The gable has two blind lights with semi-circular false arches set in deep lintels.
