Description

12 Flush House is a former pair of dwellings that were part of a terrace, built in the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features quoins and a stone slate roof with gable copings. There is one ashlar stack. The house has two storeys. On the ground floor, there is an entrance with a rendered surround to the left and right, along with two 5-light stone mullioned windows, although one of the windows on the right has one light blocked. On the first floor, each dwelling has a 4-light and a 2-light stone mullioned window, with one of the 4-light windows having two lights blocked.
