Description

Nos 42 to 48 on New Street are early 19th-century buildings that have been rendered and feature a pitched stone slate roof. The structures rise three storeys high and are characterized by stone brackets supporting the gutter and rusticated quoins at the corners. There are seven ranges of sash windows, although the original appearance has been altered by modern shopfronts.
