Description
North Lodge Farmhouse is a pair of cottages, now combined into a single dwelling, dating to the late 18th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof, featuring coped gables and stacks rising from the ridge and one other location. The two-storey facade is three bays wide. Each of the outer bays features a doorway with monolithic jambs and a three-light flat-faced mullioned window above, the central windowpane being slightly wider. The central bay has matching windows. A single-storey, single-cell addition is built onto the right-hand end, incorporating a doorway and a single sash window with heads but no side stones.
