Description
The outbuilding immediately north of Fixby Hall is a mid-19th century structure made of hammer-dressed stone. It features a pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves supported by stone brackets. In the center, there is a louvred clerestory topped with a hipped roof. The building has arched ashlar stacks and stands two storeys tall. It includes arched windows that have plain raised voussoirs and imposts. There are two doors, one with a vermiculated lintel and the other with a vermiculated keystone.
