No 7 Wellington Road East is a wool textile warehouse and offices built in the mid to late 19th century. The building is constructed of ashlar stone with ashlar dressings and has slate roofs. It features quoins, a rusticated ground floor, cill bands on the first and second floors, and a bracketed cornice. The structure has three storeys plus a basement.

The front facing Wellington Road consists of 11 bays. The basement includes a doorway on the left and at the fifth bay, with the remaining bays featuring segment-headed windows. The ground floor has 11 round-headed windows, while the first floor has 11 flat-headed windows with moulded surrounds, and the second floor has 11 smaller segment-headed windows.

To the west, the curved single bay entrance front has a round-headed, curved, and moulded door surround with a 20th-century door. Above this entrance is a flat-headed window, followed by a smaller segment-headed window. The Croft Road front has four bays, plus an additional four bays with the same window design as the Wellington Road front, along with an off-centre round-headed taking-in door on the ground floor.
