Description

Spring Lodge, at number 27 Woodthorpe Terrace, is an early 19th-century ashlar-built house. It has a hipped roof covered in stone slates. The house is two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet with three balustraded sections on each side. The side elevations have continuous first-floor sill bands and raised quoins. The south-facing front has three ranges of sash windows and a door with moulded panels set within a Doric porch. The east side has a door with two moulded panels.
