Description

This is an 1845 school building located north of number 14 Portland Street. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with ashlar dressings and has a hipped slate roof. The building is two storeys high, with the ground floor being blind. The first floor features a single sash window with glazing bars within a moulded frame. It has paired pilasters at the angles, and a moulded cornice, pediment-shaped blocking course, and pairs of acroteria above the pilasters.
