Description

Butts Farmhouse is an early to mid-19th century farmhouse constructed of hammer-dressed stone with quoins to the right-hand side. It has a stone slate roof and two ashlar gable stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high. A central doorway is present, with a blocked loading door above. To the left of the front elevation, there is a single three-light window on each floor. To the right, there is a single two-light window on each floor. The rear elevation has been altered and includes a later lean-to extension. A barn set at a 90-degree angle is not part of this listing.
