Description

No. 60 The Village is a house that is part of a row, built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from dressed stone and features raised quoins on the right side. The roof is made of stone slate and has turned edges, supported by moulded stone brackets at the gutter. The building has two storeys and a wide central doorway that is framed by pilaster jambs, a frieze, and a triangular pediment. On both the left and right sides, there are 3-light windows with a taller central light on each floor. Above the door, there is a 2-light window, although the mullion has been removed.
