Description
An early 19th-century building situated on Dowker Street, comprising numbers 8 and 8A. The structure is built of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched roof of stone slate. The gable ends are pediment-shaped, featuring semi-circular windows within the tympana. The building is two storeys high, with a prominent band running horizontally across the facade. It has three ranges of windows, each set within plain, raised surrounds.
