31 Cross Church Street is an early 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, topped with a pitched stone slate roof. The structure stands three storeys tall and features a modillion eaves cornice. It has a continuous sill on the first floor and displays three ranges of sash windows. The ground floor has been altered to accommodate a modern shop.
