Former stable or waggon shed, on north side of the Metham Road drive at Lockwood Brewery SE 1314 43/926 II 2. 1849. Hammer-dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Stone brackets to roof. Band. Modern windows. Frontispiece with rock faced rustication. Arched bell-cote on ashlar gable: paired consoles. Semi-circular arched entrance with keystone inscribed "B & S 1849".
