Cottage, late C17. Thin coursed rubble,ashlar quoins, stone slate roof. 2- storey front to single-cell cottage, single storey outshut to rear. Doorway with monolithic jambs to left of 3-light flat faced mullioned window; 2-light chamfered mullioned window may be former fire-window. 3-light double chamfered mullioned window to 1st floor. Right hand return wall has gable stack and 4- light flat faced mullioned window to left of doorway with monolithic jambs to aisle or outshut under cat-slide roof with main range.
